NSW Fair Trading has announced the first date for their 26/27 Strata Business Leaders Forum for Class 1 Strata Managers. Tuesday 24 November 2026 The forum will explore emerging industry issues, regulatory priorities and practical approaches to leadership, governance and compliance and is in addition to the core CPD hours. Further details and invitations will be issued to Class 1 Agents approximately four weeks prior to the forum by NSW Fair Trading. Creatures of Habit As Elana Huthnance, Operations Manager at SCA (NSW), can attest, I am very much a creature of habit. 2026 SCA (NSW) AGM | Board Reappointments
SCA (NSW) held its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, 23 September, coinciding with the final day of the SCA (NSW) Convention at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth. We thank all members who attended and participated in the AGM, helping to shape the continued direction and governance of the Association. SCA (NSW) are pleased to congratulate Liza Perera, Rod Smith and Mitchell Lipscombe on their reappointment to the SCA (NSW) Board, with each commencing a new three-year term.
