FAIR TRADING CPD COURSES
Completing your mandatory Fair Trading CPD requirements is easy with SCA (NSW).
Fair Trading CPD Requirements
Class 1 Strata Managers must complete 10 hours of Continuing Professional Development between 1 July 2025 and 30 June 2026.
These hours consist of:
- 1 hour – Fair trading Compulsory topic delivered online
- 4 hours – Three compulsory topics delivered by an approved provider:
- Mitigating risk and managing psychosocial hazards in the workplace
- Regulatory change in strata 2025
- Contracts and contracting
- 5 hours Industry Event – Strata Agent Business Leaders Forum
- Fair Trading, delivered face to face and/or online
Class 2 Strata Managers must complete 5 hours of Continuing Professional Development between 1 July 2025 and 30 June 2026.
These hours consist of:
- 1 hour – Fair trading Compulsory topic delivered online
- 4 hours – Three compulsory topics delivered by an approved provider:
- Mitigating risk and managing psychosocial hazards in the workplace
- Regulatory change in strata 2025
- Contracts and contracting

- Face-to Face Roadshows – multiple locations and dates.
- Interactive Online Sessions – live training online
