This CPD session covers the following NSW Fair Trading mandatory CPD (FT CPD) topics for Class 1 and Class 2 Strata Management licence holders:

• Regulatory change in strata

• Repairs and maintenance

• Roles, authority and risk

In addition to attending this CPD session, you must complete the online assessment modules. Once you have successfully completed the assessment modules, you will be awarded 6 hours of FT CPD. A link to the assessment modules will be emailed to you on the day.

This session will be held at Collegians Wollongong, 3a Charlotte Street, Wollongong, NSW, 2500 on 25 November 2026 at 10am. Registrations from 9:45am.

Important for Class 1 licence holders: 

Class 1 licence holders must complete an additional 5 hours of CPD in addition to the requirements covered by this session. Please refer to the NSW Fair Trading website for further information about your CPD requirements.
