STRATA MANAGEMENT AGENCY AGREEMENT
All SCA (NSW) Strata Managing Members are able to access and use the SCA (NSW) STRATA MANAGEMENT AGENCY AGREEMENT.
To access the Strata Agency Agreement, you must be a financial member of SCA (NSW)’s Strata Practice Chapter. This is not available to any other state or non-member.
A copy of the Strata Agency Agreement is only available by direct contact with our membership team.
Complete the Terms and Conditions, and a member of the team will then contact you within two working days to arrange a copy of the Strata Agency Agreement to be registered to you.

Our staff are prohibited from disclosing this information to any external parties, including the Board members or third parties, in a manner that could reveal the identity of any individual firm.
