This CPD session covers the following Office of Fair Trading mandatory CPD topics for Class 1 and 2 Strata Management licence holders:

• Regulatory change in strata 2025

• Contracts and contracting

• Mitigating risk and managing psychosocial hazards in the workplace

Following this CPD session, you must complete your online assessment modules. After completion of the assessment modules, you will be awarded 4 hours of Fair Trading CPD. A link to the assessment module will be emailed following the session. 

This session will be held at Collegians Wollongong, 3a Charlotte Street, Wollongong, NSW, 2500 on 19 November 2025 at 10am. Registrations from 9:30am.
