To support Strata Managers prepare to transition their business models to replace insurance commissions, SCA (NSW) will be running a series of workshops designed to explore the considerations Principals and LICs can take to pivot. These interactive workshops will bring together strata business leaders and managers who have completed or in process of replacing commissions from their business models and representatives from the insurance industry.
