What is PSMBAG?
The Professional Standards & Membership Board Advisory Group (PSMBAG) is a national advisory group established to support SCA’s professional standards and membership framework.

PSMBAG’s key objective is to:

• Provide oversight and guidance on professional standards matters

• Identify emerging trends, risks, and systemic issues across jurisdictions

• Promote education-first approaches to professionalism, ethics, and compliance

• Support consistency and continuous improvement across the sector

These webinars are designed to:

• Explain key themes and outcomes from the quarterly report

• Share lessons learned at a national level

• Highlight common risk areas and how they can be prevented

• Support ethical decision-making, good supervision, and compliance

• Encourage reflective practice and continuous improvement

The sessions are education-focused, practical, and intended to support members in strengthening their own professional frameworks and day-to-day practice.
