SCA (NSW) is pleased to announce that nominations are now open for positions on our 2026 committees.
Our committees are essential forums that help shape the direction of the strata industry and ensure vital expertise and skills are available to the association. Serving on an SCA (NSW) committee offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to the sector, share your knowledge, and collaborate with fellow professionals.
In 2026, five standing committees will be in place (click each committee name to view the draft Terms of Reference):
• Education and Events Committee
• Policy & Legislation
• Professional Strata Managers
• Strata Services
• Risk and Finance (Board members only)
Nomination process
To express your interest in joining an SCA (NSW) committee, please complete the Committee Nomination Form – EXPRESSION OF INTEREST SCA (NSW) Committees.
Key points to note:
• Each committee appointment is for a one-year term
• You must be a financial member of SCA (NSW) to nominate
• All nomination forms must be received by COB 8 December
All expressions of interest will be reviewed, and recommendations will be submitted to the Board for consideration. Successful nominees will be notified by email.
Please note: Current 2025 committee members who wish to continue in 2026 must reapply by submitting a completed nomination form – EXPRESSION OF INTEREST SCA (NSW) Committees.
